This is the carnival glass three piece salad set made by Indiana Glass in the 70's. It was sold in gold and lime green carnival glass. It was NOT made in blue carnival glass. The set consists of the large "bunch of grapes" shaped bowl and a plastic salad fork and spoon. The spoon and fork were dark amber colored with the gold set and green colored for the lime green set.
