This is a green carnival basket fruit bowl made by the Indiana Glass Co. in the very late 70's. It is basically a bowl with glass knobs on the sides and a wicker handle was attached. The pattern on the exterior is a fruit pattern with strawberries. I have only seen it in this green carnival color. I have been told by some collectors that a teal blue version exists.
