This is Indiana Glass pattern number 152, known to collectors as Bethlehem Star. The pattern is also known as Bright Star and Starburst. Indiana Glass made this pattern from about 1910 to 1920. The Butler Brothers Catalog Ads below are from 1913 and 1917.
The Bethlehem Star pattern was only produced in crystal, no other colors.
