This is Indiana Glass pattern number 154. The pattern is known to collectors as Darling Grape, also called Late Paneled Grape. Others have referred to it has the Indiana Grape and Cable pattern. This "darling" pattern was first produced in about 1913 and was offered for a few years. I believe it was available in both plain and decorated crystal.
